A WETT inspection is a review of the components of a wood-burning system to ensure that they are installed correctly, are maintained in good working order, and that all parts of the system are compatible with one another.  It is also a review of clearances between the components and adjacent combustibles like the walls, floors, and anything else in the area that could catch fire.

Chimney Sweeping

We do most of our chimney sweeps from the roof and  use a high powered Hepa vac that keeps your home soot and dust free. Drop cloths are placed in front of the woodburning unit and the firebox is sealed to prevent dust from entering the room. The  chimney is swept with professional rotary or manual brushes & visually inspected for any potential problems.

Installations

Although we don't sell wood burning appliances, we do professionally  install woodstoves, fireplace inserts, high efficiency factory built fireplaces, chimney liner systems and factory built high - temp chimney systems.

We also do repairs on masonry chimneys. and install rain caps with screens to keep the sparks in and the rain and  animals out..  Call for a consultation and quote.
